SHIPPING POLICY

At Manheim Township Sports, LLC, we are committed to delivering your custom-decorated and personalized products with efficiency and care. Our goal is to ensure that you receive your orders in a timely manner, so you can start enjoying your merchandise as soon as possible.

Order Processing: All orders received by Manheim Township Sports, LLC are processed within 72 hours. This includes the customization and decoration of products as specified in your order. We strive to handle every order promptly to ensure it is decorated accurately and to your satisfaction.

Shipping and Delivery: Once your order is processed and ready, it is shipped to the provided address using our standard shipping method. The typical delivery timeframe for orders is 7-10 days from the date the order was processed. This allows adequate time for shipping and handling so that your items arrive in the best condition.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Tracking Your Order: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Manheim Township Sports LLC values customer satisfaction and strives to provide high-quality products.  This returns policy outlines the terms and conditions under which apparel or items with logos or custom printing can be returned.

 

Eligibility for Returns

Returns of apparel or items with logos or custom printing are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • There is a manufacturer’s error in the logo or custom print.

  • There is a defect in the item.

  • The item is damaged during shipping (see section 6).

 

 Reporting an Issue

  • Any issues regarding manufacturer errors, item defects, or shipping damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of the merchandise.

  • Reports should be made via our customer service email at getmygear@manheimtownshipsports.com

 

Return Authorization

  • Upon verification of the reported issue, a Return Authorization (RA) will be provided.

  • No returns will be accepted without an RA.

 

Return Process

  • Once the RA is issued, the item must be returned within 30 days.

  • Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Include a copy of the RA and the original receipt with the return.

 

Shipping Damage

  •  If the package arrives visibly damaged, immediately take a picture of the outside package before opening it.

  • If the contents are damaged due to shipping, take a photo of the damaged items immediately.

  • Send the photos to our customer service email at getmygear@manheimtownshipsports.com

  • Upon verification, a replacement item will be shipped as soon as possible.

 

Shipping Costs

  •  If the return is due to a manufacturer error, item defect, or shipping damage, Manheim Township Sports LLC will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Instructions for return shipping will be provided with the RA.

 

Refunds and Replacements

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund or replacement will be issued.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Replacements will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to availability.

Exclusions

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

  • Custom printed items without manufacturer errors or defects are not eligible for return.
